Facilitation in Terms of Ease of Business

  • Development of Web-sites for Prosecution Department, Punjab Criminal Prosecution Service, CPD and Inspectorate for public information and facilitation.
  • Development of Facebook Page
  • Creation of Twitter Account for interaction with public.
  • A total of 515 complaints have been received through Pakistan Citizen Portal (PCP) out of which 383 complaints have been disposed of / forwarded, 74 dropped, 45 resolved and 13 complaints are under process. 
  • A Complaint Cell with toll free number will be established at Prosecutor General office by September, 2020.
