Section Officer (Confidential) performs the following task:
- Legislation / amendment in act/framing / amendment in service rules of PPD and attached department
- Maintenance of record
- enquiries under PEEDA Act 2006 of all officers of attached departments in BS–18 (except DDPPs)
- Maintaining of ACRs of offices of attached department in BS-16 & above
- Promotion cases of all officers of attach departments in BS – 18 and above
- Coordination with establishment sections for ensuring updation of seniority list on bi-annual basis
