Section Officer (General) performs the following task:
- He will be DDO of PPD
- Establishment matters of officers/staff working in PPD, PG office and Directorate General of Inspection
- Procurement of stores maintenance of store, building and transport
- Budget, accounts & audit matters of the department and prosecutor general Punjab / directorate General of inspection
- Coordination with finance department and A.G Punjab in financial matters
- Cases of financial assistance to families of civil servants in respect of officials (BS-1 to BS-16)
- Security arrangements, General office management and proper use/ care of government property and equipments
- Development issues of ppd
