Facilitation in Terms of Ease of Business

  • As per report on Pakistan Citizen Portal dated 23.01.2021, satisfaction level based on complainant’s feedback, Public Prosecution Department topped the list of high achievers amongst all government departments.
  • A total of 845 complaints have been received through Pakistan Citizen Portal (PCP) out of which 614 complaints have been disposed of / forwarded, 134 dropped, 95 resolved and 02 complaints are under process
  • Development of Web-sites for Prosecution Department, Punjab Criminal Prosecution Service, CPD and Inspectorate for public information and facilitation
  • Facebook page & Twitter account is functional for interaction with Public.
  • The E-Complaint Cell has been established in the office of Prosecutor General, Punjab on 03.02.2021, this complaint cell will provide efficient, reliable and organized public complaints redressed mechanism to strength the service credibility, reputation and trust of citizens and communities in the Punjab Criminal Prosecution Service. It will also ensure the internal accountability of the officers / officials of the Prosecution Department.
