The department sent requisition 77 Prosecutors to PPSC including 03 APGs on 15.07.2020, 09 DPGs on 14.01.2021, 06 DDPPs on 18.01.2021 and 59 ADPPs on 18.01.2021.
Recommendations of PPSC for 74 prosecutors (69 ADPPs & 04 DDPPs) received on 09.09.2020 & 25.11.2020 and 71 prosecutors have been posted
In compliance of the order of August Supreme Court of Pakistan dated 13.11.2020, a reference containing 10 Ex-Deputy District Public Prosecutors and 40 Assistant District Public Prosecutors / petitioners / respondent was sent to PPSC
The PPSC has recommended 11 Assistant District Public Prosecutors (BS-17) and 01 Deputy District Public Prosecutor (BS-18) out of which 10 Assistant Public Prosecutors (BS-17) and 01 Deputy District Public Prosecutor (BS-18) submitted their acceptance
In compliance of the order of August Supreme Court of Pakistan dated 03.02.2021, another reference containing 03 Ex-Assistant District Public Prosecutors (BS-17) has been sent to PPSC on 19.05.2021
